Each bench is pre-plumbed with laboratory needle valves and pre-wired with integrated power outlets, ensuring a seamless operational setup for the researchers. The space includes Pro Series fume hoods supported by specialized acid and flammable base cabinets for enhanced safety during active use and the storage of hazardous chemicals. Painted steel sink stations with epoxy drop-in sinks are provided, as well as stainless steel glass wash stations and drying racks for efficient glassware cleaning and drying. Ceiling service panels with quick-connect plumbing connections offer convenient and removable access to utilities at each workstation. This lab space is crafted to support a wide range of research activities and is adaptable to meet the evolving demands of the research and development sector.
